News from around the Archdiocese of Liverpool

01 CATHOLIC PIC MAY 2026 COVER.jpg

Tuesday 5 May
Continuing along the path of Synodality
7:00pm – 8:30pm (Online)

Pope Leo has continually affirmed Pope Francis’ understanding of synodality as the way of the Church for the third millennium and recently clarified expectations of how this will shape the life of our dioceses and parishes. In the Archdiocese of Liverpool, our own diocesan synod laid some good foundations for us to continue to build on. The Final Document from the Synod on Synodality (Vatican Synod) provides the basis for the journey ahead. During Eastertime a series of Zoom sessions will give an opportunity for reflection, sharing and prayer on some of the themes of the document.
